I bought my car back in June and it was such an easy and pleasant experience! The few times that I’ve been back have been great - everyone is so helpful and kind. Recently, a family member needed to get a new car so I suggested going here. She bought a brand new CR-V and loves it and the people at Honda! AutoHouse Honda has exceeded our wants without cost compromise. They saved us labor where they could by accessing the same parts from the same path that was created for the farthest part needing to be replaced/repaired - as opposed to seperate labor costs by accessing those parts individually. In addition, photos are provided for each broken part and their replacement. I could go on-and-on. The bottom line, they offer competative labor rates with detail, explanation, factory parts and unsurpassed service. A special thank you to Anne Marie, Shannon, Aaron, John and Chuck who made our every experience with Parts/Service accommodating, informed, reasonable and all with infused professionalism that I know can't be beat. They should be the template that all auto service industry should live up to. Dec 2025....Yet again we needed the expertise of Auto House Honda's Professional Team and they delivered. Our van had died on Friday afternoon. I had it towed to AutoHouse Honda where they had it diagnosed Monday Morning and completely repaired by Tuesday afternoon. Although Honda genuine parts can be a little overwhelming to digest and accept their cost, they are excellent quality parts. And the team here, have the tools, knowledgebase and experience to deliver a quality finished repair that can add years to the vehicle. We have always had a wonderful experience by everyone at Auto House Honda. They do their best to accommodate their valued customers. Sometimes its worth to pay the extra (and fair when comparing identical parts and their associated labor costs. What I love especially is that they look not only at the symptomatic problem, they take it a step farther looking at potential problems you may have down the road and they give you a life expectancy based on the health of that product so you know whether or not to fix it at that time. In today's instance I wondered if a belt should be changed given its proximity and required removal in order to replace the dead part we required. They immediately wrote back saying NO and explaining the date we had it replaced and the life left in that part. And that is the sum of what I am trying to convey....besides the pictures they provide illustrating the dead, failing or poor prognosis of a part....they have NEVER tried to sell me a part that I don't need. We feel very fortunate to have that team looking after our vehicles.

Came in to pick up a part to fix a recurring issue with my car, only to realize there was a much bigger issue causing the car to not turn on. I visited Auto House Honda Today to take care of a recall on my car. I was originally told to come in at 3:00 pm, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received a message that my car was already ready by 2:00 pm.
