We had to go to Sarnia Auto House Honda for an air conditioner warranty claim and they have been fabulous to work with. Honestly I was very nervous about dealing directly with the dealership but they were amazing! They have a texting system that is top notch and they are polite, knowledgeable and respond quickly. Communication is key and they were so good. They shared pictures and an overview of other issues for me to address in the future but no pressure. I am very impressed. Thank you John and your crew!
